By downloading and using applications, the User agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between the user and the company regarding the use of the OPIC24 application on Android and iOS devices. By accessing this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The company has the right to change, modify, add or remove any point of these terms and conditions by posting the amended terms. Please do visit this page periodically for checking any changes. When you are using OPIC 24 services, you may be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services
If you are not agreeing to these terms and conditions, do not download and use this application for digital posters.
Digital Posters and Festival post grants you non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application for your personal and commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement
Your Subscription to the OPIC24 shall be valid for the accessible user and shall not automatically entitle you to access your account from a different geographical area unless specially permitted by the company.
By signing up to OPIC24 service, you are agreeing that the authority have rights to charge you subscription fee as per your selected plan. Any payment mode will be accpeted by the company that you provided during registaration. If you payment method expires and you do not edit the payment method, you authorize company to continue billing and you will remain responsible for any pending amounts.
In the terms and condition, “Billing” indictate either a charge or debit, as applicable agains your payment method. The Plan fee will be charged at the begining of your subscription. Thereafter unless and untill you cancel your subscription or the service is otherwise suspended or discontinued to these terms.
User must agree to not do any tolerance for objectionable content. This mobile application can only use 18+ years of age. If we receive any unwanted metrial and misconduct from your account, we may permanently remove your id without any hasitation.
Digital Posters and festival images reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanetly, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
These terms and conditions shall remain in effect untill terminated by you. OPIC24 may, in its sole discreation at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this agrrement with or without prior notice. You can also terminate this agreement by deleting the application and all copies from you mobile device or from your desktop.
If we found any misuse or modification our content outside OPIC24 app then we mau permanently remove your account without any prior notice or communication. You have only rights to modify banner or images inside app. You dont have rights to sell images created from OPIC24 to other person.
OPIC24 reserves the right, at its sole discreation, to modify or replace this agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 5 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
